Consumers must register at www.MyPoliCare.com to receive savings. Consumers who have had dentures less than 3 months will have the opportunity to receive coupons totaling $17.50 in value. Consumers who have had dentures more than 3 months will have the opportunity to receive coupons totaling $11.50 in value. All coupons will be delivered over the course of 12 months and you must remain enrolled in the PoliCare program during this time to receive all of the coupons.
