How To Insert And Remove

When you're inserting your dentures:

  1. Clean and dry dentures.
  2. Squeeze Super PoliGrip® tube from the top. Apply small dabs to dentures. Start with a small amount and add more if needed. Or use Super PoliGrip® Comfort Seal® Strips or Super PoliGrip® powder as directed.
  3. Rinse mouth before inserting dentures.
  4. Press dentures into place, hold firmly, and bite down for a few seconds.


To remove dentures:

  1. Swish mouth with water.
  2. Take dentures out slowly using a rocking motion.
  3. Wipe adhesive residue from gums and dentures with a moist cloth.
  4. Brush dentures under warm running water with Polident® fresh cleanse® and soak in Polident® tablets. After soaking, rinse your dentures with running water. Do not place tablets or tablet solution in mouth.

Remember, handle your dentures over a sink half-filled with water. This will help protect your dentures if you drop them.
